Marcus Sabom is a born and raised Houston, Texas, resident. After living in Missoula, Montana, for two years he returned home and stumbled into the world of film-making, finally finding an outlet for his passion of storytelling and writing.
Inspired by the book series, "A Fairies Tale," he asked permission to write a supplement to the series, which later became the second book, "On Broken Wings," which he released in April 2017. Other books in the series, created by Rebecca Torrellas, include "In Love There’s
War," "Tangled Webs," and the newest book "Awakened Fire."
In 2017 he also released the book "The Good Friend." A movie from the book, directed by Sabom, is currently in production.
He has written (and directed) a number of film shorts, including "Catching Up," "Cocky Curls," the comedy "Let the Drama Begin" and co-wrote "In Extremis."
When he's not at his day job or trying to make movies, he's working on his next book under the watchful eyes of his three cats.
