About the Author

A New Zealander living in Yorkshire (aka dragon country), Kim is a life-long reader and writer. She attributes this to growing up on a boat and having no TV, plus the need to distract herself from all the awful palm trees and beaches and so on.

She has a very understanding partner, and a less understanding Little Furry Muse, who may or may not have inspired the ruder felines in her books. She runs very slowly, reads very quickly, and would like readers to know she accepts offerings of baked goods of any variety.
