Guiora Barak is the chairman of the organization "The torch in the heart". He has extensive experience in public service and the government, including having served in the diplomatic corps in Cambodia at the time the terrible war was being fought in the country. As a tour guide in the Israeli Geographic Society he has a deep knowledge of many countries. His specialty subject and the one closest to his heart is the story of the Jews of Spain and Portugal.
