Jim Meeks-Johnson is best known for his Entangled Galaxy Series and imaginative short stories.

Jim likes to combine the best parts of two science fiction sub-genres that are sometimes seen as incompatible: hard science fiction, which imagines what happens when we make reasonable scientific breakthroughs, and space opera, which is driven by action and adventure. An excellent example of a successful hard science fiction space opera is Star Trek.

Jim studied math, physics, and psychology in college and went on to contribute to the science of medical informatics at Indiana University. Now he brings this wealth of experience to his writing, where he is eager to explore humanity's future and share what he finds with his readers.
