Laura Rahme is a French-Australian author.

Born in Dakar, Senegal and inspired by her diverse heritage (her father is Lebanese while her mum is half French and half Vietnamese), she has a passion for covering historical and cultural ground in her writing.

With Australian degrees in engineering and psychology, she has worked twenty years in information technology and the media, but her true love is creating unforgettable historical fiction.

Readers have often described her novels as 'dark' and 'complex'. She likes to blend her knowledge of human behavior with intricate plots involving mystery and often, a hint of the supernatural.
