Love Never Surrenders

Love Never Surrenders
Steve Moretti
“Couldn’t put it down! I was immediately hooked by the idea of being pulled through time by music. I fell in love with the characters.” A page-turner that connects two musical souls across time when a 21st century cellist falls in love with a man doomed to die at the Battle of Culloden in 1745. “One of the best time travel books I’ve ever read.”

About the Author

I have always been drawn to passion and creativity in all its forms. And I am equally fascinated by the mechanics of the universe and the characters of history. I have a special affection for the power of music which I believe is the universal language of human emotion.
My writing journey started in broadcast journalism, public relations and advertising, then continued into educational software development, running a company I created and ran for twenty years.
Now am I a full-time historical fantasy author with one series complete, Song for a Lost Kingdom and a follow-up series, Michael Angelo, in progress.
In between the two series, I am collaborating on a biographical work on the Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky entitled Pyotr which goes on sale June 15.
I grew up in London, Ontario in Canada and also lived in Pompano Beach, Florida as a teenager. I moved to Ottawa and attended Carleton University (Journalism, Mass Communications) many years ago and now live just south of the city with my wife and a fountain pen full or words.
I am drawn to the stories of artists who struggle with a voice in their heads – an insistent demand that they create works of art that transcend time. A goal only a select few accomplish, but one that leaves them close to immortality as any human being can ever achieve.
