About the Author

Steven M. Sullivan was born in NYC and spent his young years in upstate New York and Connecticut. He spent his 20's and 30's pounding the streets of Manhattan, the West Village and upper West Side, selling his Art. A diverse creative background, Steven started his career as a book illustrator and artist back when art was not "so digital". He created full cover paintings for various YA books, advertising and editorial work. His clients included, Scholastic, Simon & Schuster, Forbes Magazine, and various corporate clients. He won an Award for one his paintings, titled: "Who Really Discovered America?" The painting was featured in the Society of Illustrators in 31st book and show. He also spent some time acting in several television commercials. He loves animals and shares his time with his wife Tamy, English Bulldogs and cat. My Lady Zane is his first Novel. The cover was designed by Steven as well. It is a conceptual piece splitting the image of two female warriors. My Lady Zane is also being packaged as a feature film.
