About the Author

I am an old man who nearly escaped a family curse. I write because I must. Dark angels descend upon me if I go too long without clicking keys so characters appear. Oh, how they torment me. I've tried to resist, but it is useless. So, here I sit, every day, pressing keys, praying sometimes whole words appear and my demons are sated.
No one cares about why I write or don't write. They care less if I upload something I have written. I certainly don't write for fame or wealth. I write because I must.
I mention the family curse. Four of my cousins are writers. Pat Conroy is the most famous. He had other demons. His sister, Carol is a published poet. Another of my dead cousins wrote for syndicated newspapers and Herbie, who is older than me, has over a hundred published books to his name. He'll be dead soon. We are all old.
At least Pat's works were well received.
