About the Author

Dr. Izak (Zach) Fayena is an experienced executive with over 25 years in multinationals and global businesses. Izak is also a lecturer at two academic colleges in Israel. Izak holds a doctorate degree in Business Administration from the Alliance Manchester Business School in the UK. At the personal level, Izak considers himself a constant learner, always passionate about pursuing new areas of knowledge and several interests in parallel. Stress, and especially how to cope with it, have turned into his primary field of research and development. He was drawn to this subject mainly because of curiosity triggered by stressful events he had experienced personally and professionally.
