About the Author

Udit Kapoor is an engineer Meditation guide and author.
One incident in his life inspired him to write a book on meditation. He was undergoing mental stress due to some personal problems in 2009, and as a result he became afflicted with deep depression. Then someone advised him to practice meditation.
He began to feel a magical change in his thoughts in the early days of the practice of meditation, and with regular practice he completely defeated his depression and is now living a stress-free and happy life.
