About the Author

Born in Cyprus and now living in London (where he trained as a lawyer and then worked for many years as an artist), Panayotis writes affectionately - and with more than just a hint of dark humor - about difficult and complex relationships. Showing "his perceptive understanding of the many layered elements that make up the psyche" (Kirkus Reviews), his novels celebrate imperfect city love within our modern-day imperfect city lives. Aside from reading and writing, his favorite pastime is going to the movies, and ever since his friend/therapist/barber recommended The Sopranos, he has also discovered good TV. He travels to Cyprus often, to visit family and be near the sea.
