About the Author

Eti Feller was born and raised in Jerusalem. Both her parents immigrated at a young age from Northern Iraq. Eti has a B.A in Sociology and Literature from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an M.A in Literature and Creative Writing from Ben-Gurion University. She has been an educator most of her career, and has worked as a teacher, teacher coacher, and lecturer.

Eti's first poetry book, "Always Later" was awarded the Bernstein fund award in 2003. Her book, "The Mountain Girls" is based on family stories.
