Paul Green is an author, home cook and plant based enthusiast who lives on the North Shore of Oahu. He is a father of two who loves to cook, develops recipes and loves to write about food. Paul spent many years searching for ways to lose weight, become healthy and stop taking his harmful medications. During this process he has discovered that the plant based diet has helped him reach his goals.
