From the time we were old enough to comprehend language, we were told to have a goal. It took me almost fifty years, but I finally found it. To be more specific, I no longer want to put on pants to go to work.
You are most likely wondering how being pants-free relates to writing. A writer can write from anywhere, wearing anything, or wearing nothing at all. In fact, I am writing this from my couch, in a t-shirt and underwear. My apologies for that visual, but it was necessary to advance the plot.
Becoming a writer is easy, like running, just start doing it. If you run, you are a runner. You don’t have to be fast, you just have to run. If you want to write, start writing. Getting paid to write something is difficult. Getting paid to write full-time, for a living wage, is shooting for the stars
