About the Author

Although I have earned my living writing in the world of marketing and advertising, fiction was always my passion. My entry into fiction was writing teen romance stories for D. C. Thompson’s Jackie magazine, but I always promised myself that when I had the time, I would write crime fiction.
I live in Peterborough, UK with my wife Sheilah, who is proof-reader and editor of my work. We are both avid readers, enjoying a wide range of genres.
I also love music, particularly jazz. When I was young, I played sax in a rock/blues band and, more recently, Sheilah and I formed a Jazz duo to raise money for charity. We both enjoy travelling, watching cricket and football.
