About the Author

One of seven sisters, Martha Conway's first novel was nominated for an Edgar Award, and her short fiction has been published in The Carolina Quarterly, the Massachusetts Review, Folio, and other journals. She teaches creative writing for Stanford University's Online Writers Studio and UC Berkeley Extension. A native of northern Ohio, she now lives in San Francisco with her family.
